I’ve hit a bit of a writer’s block this week as new plans and ideas and ministries keep shooting up out of the ground all around me. I always like Texas in the winter because it’s as if winter is optional, or a necessary evil that only rears its head occasionally. It makes growth patterns unpredictable, but generally fruitful. And metaphorically, I suppose, there’s something to that as well.
