Rev. Arthur Stewart
Arthur Stewart was called as Senior Minister in the summer of 2012. He is a graduate of Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University, and holds a Bachelor’s in history from Webster University in Saint Louis, his hometown. He served congregations in Flower Mound and Saint Louis before this current call.
Arthur enjoys improvisation, sandwiches and podcasts. His current obsession is the Stuart dynasty and Restoration Theatre. He used to exclusively wear Converse All-Stars (and wrote about it when he first got here) but now wears shoes with arch support. He and his partner Brian live in Cedar Hill.
He hopes you will join us for worship at Midway Hills.

Director of Youth Ministries
Chance Wilhite grew up at the base of the Rocky Mountains, in the Four Corners of New Mexico. He and his family moved to Granbury, Texas in 2009.
Chance felt a call from God to serve in Youth Ministry when he was a senior in high school, and went on to study at Lubbock Christian University. He graduated with a B.A. in Youth and Family Ministry in 2015. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Brite Divinity School. Chance has a passion for teaching, encouraging, and uplifting young people. His number one priority in Youth Ministry is to make sure that students know and feel the radical and unconditional love that God has for each and every person.
Chance also works part-time at the Dallas Holocaust Museum. When he is not busy studying or working, he enjoys going to Six Flags with his husband, swimming, watching movies, reading, and going to the zoo or to the dog park. He describes himself as a “nerdy, jack-of-all-trades, with a big heart.”
Chance lives in Dallas with his husband, Curt, and their dog, Parker.
