We are grateful people and God has blessed us generously over the years. Now we are invited to respond with a generosity of our own to what God has given us.

As a congregation, we have entered into a time of discernment of what we will contribute monetarily to three important aspects of our communal life: 1) raising money for our new HVAC chiller; 2) continue paying our debt reduction; and 3) making pledges for our annual budget for ministry in 2024.

Our giving affects how we contribute to the church’s many missions that extend from our building, through our staff, and out
into the greater community. The practice of exercising financial stewardship is a spiritual discipline. There is joy to be found in
practicing generosity and it begins with a simple step of a commitment to contribute.

We believe as members at Midway Hills Christian Church that our giving is a commitment to be a part of what God is doing for the kin-dom as we continue to be inclusive, do justice, and honor diversity. We respond as a community of genuine disciples of Christ through revolutionary generosity, unconditional love, innovative ministry, profound justice, radical hospitality, and nurturing stewardship.

In short, we give to serve and grow. Our campaign theme is Give, Serve, Grow -it is one that gets to the heart of the issue. God is working through us. Every time we give, that gift becomes a ministry and mission The ministry and mission of our church takes place because of the spiritual and financial gifts our members and friends choose to offer. These are the resources that fuel our mission.
